Sometimes a Perth home doesn't need renovating. The bones are good. The layout works. It just hasn't been updated in a long time. Maybe you've lived with the same furniture since the kids were little. That couch they grew up on, stains and all. Maybe you've just bought a home with dated fittings and wrong paint colours. The Refresh is for these situations and others like them.
What it is.
A non-structural update to your home. Furniture, flooring, paint, lighting, window treatments, artwork, and sometimes simple joinery like a TV cabinet. We handle the whole scope end to end. Sourcing, ordering, logistics, and coordination. We can handle the install too.

The Refresh covers a wide range of situations. It might be a follow-on from a full home design we’ve already worked on together. The renovation is done, now the home needs furniture. It might be a newly purchased home that needs a cosmetic overhaul. It might be furniture only. A newly built or renovated home that needs furnishing from scratch, or an existing home where the furniture has had its day. Sometimes it’s a few rooms while the rest of the home waits.

Every Refresh starts with a consultation at your home. Walking through the space, understanding the existing architecture, hearing what you want, and getting clear on budget. From there, the project is scoped to the work involved. Smaller refreshes can move quickly. Whole-home refreshes unfold over several months, with several meetings along the way. We source, order, and coordinate delivery.
