What it is.
A complete design engagement for one space or several specific rooms. Layout, joinery, materials, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and documentation. All resolved before construction starts, all delivered to the level of detail your builder and trades need to price accurately and execute confidently.

Often clients who are happy with the rest of their home but one space needs attention. The kitchen cabinets have deteriorated. The appliances need updating. The bathroom layout that suited the family ten years ago doesn’t suit how they live now. Sometimes it’s a renovation already in progress where one room needs a proper design rethink. Sometimes it’s two or three rooms together, handled as a single project.
