After twenty years living in Brazil, the client returned to his Cottesloe apartment with his teenage daughter and a clear life in mind. An hour paddleboarding at dawn every morning. Work from home. A home that felt like the kind of place he wanted to come back to.

The apartment was original and dated, with every room needing work. We redesigned the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and wardrobes; refurbished the flooring; and introduced new lighting, window treatments, and paint throughout. The brief was relaxed, casual, calm. New enough to feel like a new home, restrained enough to live easily in.
