MARMION.

The client came to us with a three-level new build already designed and a clear sense of what he liked: clean lines, minimal, considered. What he wanted help with was the softening. The detail. The decisions about how the home would actually feel to live in once it was finished.

We reworked the kitchen, ensuite, and laundry layouts during design development, and took the basement from raw plan to fully resolved space. One side became a garage, gym, and bathroom. The other became a single connected room housing the bar, sauna, spa, and lounge. Cabinetry was built in throughout the home: master bedroom, living, dining. The architecture stays quiet, the surfaces uncluttered.

The custom built-in seating in the basement lounge is where most of his days now happen.
