A family of four returning from the States moved back into their Stirling home and decided it needed updating. The bones were good and the layout worked. Everything else was due. The couple loved built-in joinery, and it became the through-line of the renovation: a slatted timber wall running from the dining room through the living and into the master bedroom, where the bedhead, bedside tables, and lighting are built into the same joinery. The same joinery repeats, room to room.
