EXMOUTH II.

A couple with two small children built a holiday home in Exmouth so they could spend more time in the place they kept being drawn back to. We reworked the kitchen cabinetry from the ground up and specified every colour and material across the home: flooring, tiles, lighting, paint, joinery. We also specified the exterior palette and furnished the home throughout.

The stone in the alfresco carries through to the living room, so the inside and outside read as one continuous space. Custom bedheads, fabrics chosen room by room, anchor each bedroom. The home is a holiday house that doesn’t feel temporary. It’s finished to the same level as a primary residence, built around how this family actually relaxes.
